A million miles of American highway can give a man perspective.  Combine that with the creativity of a genuine writer and you have the makings of something special.  A collegiate and professional bareback bronc rider before giving up the riggin for his guitar, Mike Sanford pours that energy and spirit into every song.  Inspired by artists such as Robert Earl Keen, Chris LeDoux, and Mike McClure to name a few, he has carved out a unique lyrically poetic style with an unapologetic Texas sensibility.  After touring in support of albums Mike traded heavy touring for being a father and husband.  This just intensified his unique writing style and gave him time to reflect and refine the skills required to compose his own masterpieces his way.  Learning under some of the best in the industry, the multi-instrumentalist took those talents and has created a landmark album set to release in 2025.  The new self titled album is produced, performed, and recorded by Sanford from head to toe, and is worth every mile traveled that it took to get there.

The goal for 2025 is to get the new self-titled album spinning on Texas radio and hit the road in support of the album at live venues throughout Texas.  Radio stations, Mike is ready to do in-person interviews, so when you receive the singles please give them a spin.
